The messages that help most: the company you bought from, what you paid (unit, core, shipping, install), what the warranty said versus what happened when you used it, and how long delivery actually took. If a seller quoted you a number that differs meaningfully from the ranges in our guides, we want to know — point-in-time pricing is the hardest thing to keep current, and reader reports are how our rankings stay honest.
